We are glad to introduce our selves as producer of S.G. Iron/Ductile Iron castings under the name of Kalson Alloy Cast Pvt. Ltd., we have established well equipped foundry at Metoda GIDC, Rajkot with 150 MT per month production capacity.

 

We are well established manufacturer of non-ferrous casting since last 25 years under the banner of ‘Rajesh Metal Corporation’ at Rajkot.

 

At Kalson Alloy Cast Pvt. Ltd., Our team of professionals includes experienced directors and well qualified engineers committed towards making quality product. Our policy is to provide consistently good quality casting through effective quality control system.

 

We strongly believe in strict quality control at each stage of production for various grade S.G. Iron castings. To achieve that, we have well equipped laboratory for performing Chemical analysis of alloy, Microstructure analysis and Hardness determination of casting and checking properties of green Sand for moulding process. All these tests are regularly performed by qualified laboratory technician at required frequency.

 

At production level, we use pneumatic moulding machines for making moulds; moulds are moved by mould car on tracks for efficient movement. Induction melting furnace of 250Kw with 300 Kg crucible is used for melting process. We use S.G. grade pig iron and good quality M.S. Scrape as row material. High quality magnesium alloy and inoculants are used to get defect free casting quality which is assured at laboratory. At Kalson quality is not compromised at any stage.
